Pratiksha took care of our pup Lulu while we went on vacation for ten days. She was very proactive at sending us daily photos and videos showing us how Lulu was doing, We were thrilled to see Lulu so happy, as she is usually very shy. But she seemed very comfortable with Pratiksha and other dogs in her care. Lulu got a bit sick during that time, and PRatiksha kept us updated and gave her things to help her get better. Pratiksha took good care of our dog and cat for a week while we were away. Pratiksha did a great job grooming my 3-year-old morkie. He has also stayed with her overnight for multiple days and has a lot of fun. She's communicative and you can tell she genuinely loves dogs.
